As soon as he stepped on the ice for his first rookie camp in the Bruins' old practice rink up in Wilmington, it was clear that David Pastrnak had the goods to become an All-Star.
But it is no guarantee that eye-popping skill alone will make a player an All-Star, at least not a worthy one. And few would deny that Pastrnak has put in the requisite work to earn a spot on the Atlantic Division team for the NHL's gala event in San Jose on Jan. 26.
