    DJ Evans Mireku Kissi, also known as Steloo, regularly mixes beats on top of a repurposed ironing board on the streets of Accra. But it was his sense of fashion that made him a local celebrity. Among the city's tin-roofed shanties and unpaved streets, his colorful outfits have turned heads and inspired strangers to solicit selfies. One of Steloo's get-ups includes a brightly patterned bonnet, John Lennon-inspired sunglasses, a pantsuit trimmed at the elbows and knees, argyle socks, and leather brogues. Steloo also rotates in suspendors and a beret from time to time.
