CHICAGO - A teenage boy died early Tuesday, more than 20 hours after he was shot in the head at a party on the Near West Side and his body covered with a sheet as paramedics treated others who were hit by gunfire. Erin Carey, 17, was among six people who were shot after two cars circled the party around 4:50 a.m. Monday in the 1200 block of South Loomis Street in the University Village neighborhood, Chicago police said. A woman, 22, was also killed and four men were injured.
